Ingredients
- 2 racks of pork baby back ribs
- Barbecue sauce
- Tomato ketchup
- One head of garlic, split lengthways
- Smoked paprika, enough to sprinkle over the ribs
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Season the racks of ribs well with salt, pepper and smoked paprika, leave for 20 mins to allow the seasoning to soak in
- Cut the racks of ribs into smaller pieces, 2 or 3 ribs per piece, insert into Anova bags
- Into each bag add 2 tbsps each of tomato ketchup and barbecue sauce and a splash of Worcestershire Sauce
- Place into water bath, 75C for 24 hours
