Ingredients
- Everglades Rub
- Kosher Salt
- Apple Habenero BBQ Sauce
Directions
- Rub on seasoning and salt. Package. Sous vide for 14 hours at 155°
- 2 Hours on Low on Recteq Grill. Baste bbq sauce on ribs every 30 minutes until done. Add one more layer when ribs are resting.

- Let rest for 5 minutes
