Baby Back Ribs with a brown sugar and honey glaze

Ingredients
- 1 package of Baby Back Ribs
- Dry rub of choice
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 4 tsp honey
- Yellow Mustard
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 155ºF / 68.3ºC
- Remove membrane from back of ribs. Cut ribs into half racks. Coat both sides with yellow mustard as a binder for the dry rub. After applying dry rub place ribs in smoker for 2 hours at 160 degrees.
- After removing ribs from smoker place into vacuum bag and then into sous vide container for 21 hours @ 155 degrees.
Broil To Finish
- Remove ribs from water and place onto roasting pan. Pat dry with paper towels on both sides.
- Melt butter in microwave and combine into bowl with brown sugar and honey. Stir until totally incorporated and brush onto both sides of the ribs.
- Set oven to broil and place the roasting pan with ribs in oven. Remove once the glaze has caramelized, aprox. 3-5 minutes.
