Baby Back Ribs with a brown sugar and honey glaze

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 155ºF / 68.3ºC
  2. Remove membrane from back of ribs. Cut ribs into half racks. Coat both sides with yellow mustard as a binder for the dry rub. After applying dry rub place ribs in smoker for 2 hours at 160 degrees.
  3. After removing ribs from smoker place into vacuum bag and then into sous vide container for 21 hours @ 155 degrees.

Broil To Finish

  1. Remove ribs from water and place onto roasting pan. Pat dry with paper towels on both sides.
  2. Melt butter in microwave and combine into bowl with brown sugar and honey. Stir until totally incorporated and brush onto both sides of the ribs.
  3. Set oven to broil and place the roasting pan with ribs in oven. Remove once the glaze has caramelized, aprox. 3-5 minutes.
