Australian Wagyu/Black Angus Steak
After experimenting with this Australian cross of wagyu/black angus beef, this is my preferred way of cooking it using my Anova sous vide system.

Ingredients
- Salt
- Pepper
- Rosemary
- Butter
- Garlic
- Wagyu/Black Angus beef
Directions
- Mix all ingredients, vacuum the steak and put it in the sous vide container.
Finishing Steps
- Sear in really hot skillet for 45 seconds.
