Peel the asparagus. Cooking time is perfect for a diameter of the asparagus of about 2 cm. Vacuum machine low vacuum mode, try to keep the asparagus in a single row. You can cook one asparagus separately to check. If necessary you can decide to extend cooking time.

- Smoked salmon
- One boiled egg
- Melted butter
- Parsley
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 185.0ºF / 85.0ºC.
- Cooking time 40 minutes
- Put the cooked asparagus next to the salmon on a plate.
- Cover the asparagus with the melted butter, crumbled egg and the parsley
- That’s all folks! A nice glass of dry white wine would be a perfect companion!
