- Fresh Asparagus
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper
Directions
- Vacuum Seal Fresh Asparagus
- Preheat water bath to 185 degrees
- Cook 12 minutes
Stovetop (Cast Iron)
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and heat to a smoke
- Open bag and dump cooked asparagus into the pan
- Generously apply all seasoning, and toss for 1 minute
- Serve
