  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 100.0ºF / 37.8ºC.
  2. I started mine while they were still a little bit frozen in tab cold water
  3. I ket’it for about two hours and a half at 100.0 then put it at 115.0 degrees for 30 minutes
