Asian Duck Breast
This is a perfect recipe for a perfectly cooked duck breast.
I took it directly from the freezer and seasoned it directly in the bag before cooking it sous vide. It was served together with asian noodles with a ginger and hoisin sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 duck breast
- Salt & pepper
- Garlic powder
- Sesame oil
- Roasted sesame seeds
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 57ºC / 134.6ºF
- Take the frozen breast and put all the seasoning in the bag and vacuum seal it.
- Cook it sous vide for 3 hours.
- Dry it with a cloth and score the fatty side.
- Fry it in a smoking hot pan on all side and let it rest for 10 min.
