Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132ºF / 55.6ºC
  2. Vacuum bag the roast(s).
  3. Sous vide for 26 hours at 132F (55.6C).

Adding Crust

  1. Remove from vacuum bag.
  2. Blow torch a crust to your satisfaction.
  3. Carve and serve on buns with or without sharp cheddar sauce to your taste.
