  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 134.0ºF / 56.7ºC.
  2. Season steaks liberally with salt and black pepper
  3. Vacuum seal individually
  4. Cook in sous vide bath for two hours

Stove Top Sear

  1. Remove steaks from bag and dry, reserving fluid
  2. Sear dried steaks in butter in cast-iron pan for roughly 1 minute per side
  3. Remove steaks and add bag juice to pan
  4. Add 1/4 cup of dry red wine and heat
  5. Serve alongside steaks as au jus as well as for french fries or mashed potatoes
