• Salt 0,2% of potatoe weight
• Butter, to taste
• Sage

Directions

1. Peel, make size for plating
2. Put in vacuum bag with herbs, butter and salt. Seal it baby!
3. Place in water bath 84 degrees for 80 minutes.
4. Serve & enkoy the taste of potatoes
