Akaushi Sirloin Steak
There is nothing better than Akaushi (red wagyu) steaks prepared sous vide. We love medium rare as seen in the pic.

I Pasture raise Akaushi (red wagyu) beef for private and retail sale. We only and always recommend preparing our beef sous vide. Itβs the most amazing beef from the ribeye to the short rib and prepped this way only makes it better.

Ingredients
- 2 - 3/4β thick Akaushi sirloin steaks
- Rock salt
- Fresh ground black pepper
- Avocado oil
Directions
- Take a 3/4β to 1β thick cut sirloin. I use Akaushi (red wagyu) beef.
Season with rock salt and ground pepper.
Seal and submerged.
When finished remove from bag and pat dry
In a black cast iron skillet heat the avocado oil to high temp slide the steak on the searing skillet. Sear both sides for 1 minute each. Sear the narrow edges to seal in juices.
Let rest for 3-4 minutes slice and enjoy!
