Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
Directions
- Combine soy sauce, mirin, and water to make the marinade.
- Sous vide the eggs.
- Remove eggs from sous vide and place in an ice bath to stop cooking. Peel the shells.
- Place eggs in marinade. Let set for 4-12 hours.
Finishing Steps
- Remove the eggs from the marinade.
