  2. Sous vide the eggs.
  3. Remove eggs from sous vide and place in an ice bath to stop cooking. Peel the shells.
  4. Place eggs in marinade. Let set for 4-12 hours.

Finishing Steps

  1. Remove the eggs from the marinade.
