- Salt
- 7.5 lb Prime Rib Roast
Directions
- Salt rub meat and wrap in cloth.
- Place in fridge for 2 days.
- Pull from fridge, remove cloth, and place in brine bag.
- Submerged in water and set Sous-vide.
- After 8 hours remove from Sous-vide bath and pull Prime Rib Roast from brine bag.
- Pre-heat oven to 500*
- Place Prime Rib Roast on roasting tray and put in Pre-heated oven.
- After 10-12 minutes in oven searing the Prime Rib Roast remove and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Cut and enjoy.
