  1. Salt rub meat and wrap in cloth.
  2. Place in fridge for 2 days.
  3. Pull from fridge, remove cloth, and place in brine bag.
  4. Submerged in water and set Sous-vide.
  5. After 8 hours remove from Sous-vide bath and pull Prime Rib Roast from brine bag.
  6. Pre-heat oven to 500*
  7. Place Prime Rib Roast on roasting tray and put in Pre-heated oven.
  8. After 10-12 minutes in oven searing the Prime Rib Roast remove and let rest for 10 minutes.
  9. Cut and enjoy.
