  2. Gently lower your desired amount of eggs into sous vide tub.
  3. Cook the eggs at 65 Degrees Celsius for an hour.
  4. Remove eggs and cool them in an ice bath for a minimum of 10 minutes
  5. Warm eggs up in the sous vide tub before serving

Finishing Steps

  1. Place the eggs in an ice bath for a minimum of 10 minutes. Eggs can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. Reheating instructions: Place eggs back in sous vide tub running at 65 degrees celcius. Serve when needed
