- Eggs in sous vide. I put them in cold in room temp water. (Tried warming up the eggs to room temp as well but didn’t really make a difference)
Turn sous vide on to 142 degrees for 45 min.
Go take a shower, cook some bacon, vacuum, do some laundry. And come back to this perfectly cooked egg
