Ingredients
- Olive oil
- Garlic 6-cloves
- Montreal Steak Seasoning
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 131.0ºF / 55.0ºC.
- Rub Tri-Tip with olive oil.
- Chop garlic
- Rub Montreal steak seasoning and garlic on to the Tri-Tip.
- Seal Tri-Tip into sealed plastic bag or heat seal.
- Place meat into the water. Let cook for 5-hours at 131’
- Cook meat on hot grill or pan 2-minutes per side or until the color is to your liking
