Ingredients

Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 131.0ºF / 55.0ºC.
  2. Rub Tri-Tip with olive oil.
  3. Chop garlic
  4. Rub Montreal steak seasoning and garlic on to the Tri-Tip.
  5. Seal Tri-Tip into sealed plastic bag or heat seal.
  6. Place meat into the water. Let cook for 5-hours at 131’

  1. Cook meat on hot grill or pan 2-minutes per side or until the color is to your liking
