- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132ºF / 55.6ºC
- Put on whatever spices and seasoning you want but go easy on the salt as the meat cooks in its juices and tends to get tougher and more salty if you salt like regular for oven or bbq.
- Vac seal it and leave over night in the fridge for best permeation of flavour but it’s not mandatory, it just won’t be as intense flavour going through the meat.
- Drop the soon to be best roast ever in the anova bath for 24 hrs and enjoy.

- Not necessarily needed but you can either broil for 3-5 min or BBQ for about 3-5 min on super screaming hot just be aware this could dry out the roast a bit.
