2 Bone Prime Rib Roast
A very simple prime rib roast recipe. While this is a two bone five pound roast the timing should be close for any size prime rib roast as running is based on the thickness of the roast - not the total weight like oven baked roasts.

Ingredients
- Two bone prime rib roast
- Kosher salt
- Ground pepper
- Garlic powder
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 133.0ºF / 56.1ºC.
- Remove as much fat as you feel comfortable cutting, generously season with kosher salt, ground pepper, and garlic salt.
- Seal in a vacuum bag and wait for the water to come up to temperature.
- Cost with mayonnaise and put into 550 degree oven with broiler on high for ten minutes
- Remove from oven and carve
- Serve
