  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 167.0ºF / 75.0ºC.
  2. Put an egg in the water immediately.
  3. When the time’s up, move the egg into the ice-cold water for 5 min.
  4. Peel the eggshell with extremely care.
  5. Take a picture, and draw a face on it. ;)
