Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 85ºC / 185.0ºF

  • Step 2

    Blend eggs and cottage cheese

  • Step 3

    Fill pot and add other ingredients

  • Step 4

    Top pot with some grated cheese

  • Step 5

    After 30 mins, remove from water bath.
