Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.

  • Step 2

    Cook for two hours when it reach it’s temperature

  • Step 3

    One hour or 45min for a medium rare chop, Also it depends on the thickness of your slices. Mine where about 1/2 an inch.
