Ingredients for 1
2 X 1 1/2” boneless pork chops
Salt & pepper
Garlic Plus seasoning
Greek seasoning
Olive oil
Butter
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.

Step 2
Coat both sides of pork chops with oil and seasoning.

Step 3
Place in ziplock bag and remove air. Seal.

Step 4
Place bag in 140*F water. Set timer for 2 hours.

Stovetop Sear

Step 0
Once cooking time has finished, remove pork chops from bags.

Step 1
Pat dry with paper towels. Seasoning should still be stuck to chops. If not add more as required.

Step 2
In a heavy frying pan heat a bit of olive oil with butter at high heat (just smoking).

Step 3
Sear each side for 30 seconds to brown.

Step 4
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
