    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.

  • Step 2

    Slice your picanha in the same direction of the fiber

  • Step 3

    Prep your picanha with only salt

  • Step 4

    Place the picanha in the bag. Take all the air away.

  • Step 5

    Place the picanha in the water att 135.0F/ 57.2 C

    • Stove

    • Step 0

      Preheat the pan in the stove with high temperature.

    • Step 1

      Dry the meat.

    • Step 2

      Seal the meat in the stove. (Sorry, I forgot to take the photo of the picanha)

    • Step 3

      Take the picanha sealed. Let ir rest for 2 minutes.

    • Step 4

      Slide the pichana against the direction of the fiber. Enjoy.
