Ingredients for 1

  • 2 Eggs

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 tsp. nutritional yeast

  • 2 Tbl. goat or coconut Milk

  • 1 tsp. herbs of choice

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 170.0ºF / 76.7ºC.

  • Step 2

    Blend all ingredients in blender.

  • Step 3

    Pour into two small mason jars. Close lids to only fingertip tightness.

  • Step 4

    Place in heated Sous Vide bath for one hour.

    • Serving

    • Step 0

      When done, carefully remove jars from water, and remove lids.

    • Step 1

      Egg bites may be eaten directly from jar or removed by sliding a knife blade carefully around edges and working egg out.
