1-1.5 inch thick Wagyu New Your Strip
Salt,course ground see salt
Pepper, course ground
Garlic powder or chopped garlic
Thick pad of butter
Couple table spoons of extra virgin olive oil
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 129ºF / 53.9ºC

Step 2
Bath for 1.5 hours

Remove meat package open drain liquid

Step 4
Pat dry removing moisture from each side and edges

Step 5
Wrap in paper towel and let sit for five minutes

Grill each side for 30 seconds at 500° and then turn 45° and repeat

Grill edges for 20 seconds to finish the fat edges

Remove wrap in foil serve after five minutes
