  • 1-1.5 inch thick Wagyu New Your Strip

  • Salt,course ground see salt

  • Pepper, course ground

  • Garlic powder or chopped garlic

  • Thick pad of butter

  • Couple table spoons of extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 129ºF / 53.9ºC

  • Step 2

    Bath for 1.5 hours

  • Step 3

    Remove meat package open drain liquid

  • Step 4

    Pat dry removing moisture from each side and edges

  • Step 5

    Wrap in paper towel and let sit for five minutes

      Grill each side for 30 seconds at 500° and then turn 45° and repeat

    • Step 1

      Grill edges for 20 seconds to finish the fat edges

    • Step 2

      Remove wrap in foil serve after five minutes
