1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cayenne
1 tbsp paprika
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cup flour for coating chicken

Cook chicken thighs at 167 for 2.5 hours

Combine the wet mixture, this you will use to coat the chicken before coating in flour

Flash fry in oil, about 10 seconds per side

Create the infused oil by combining spice mixture with 1/4 cup leftover oil from frying
