Ingredients for 6
6 large eggs
3/4 yellow onion, carmelized
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 pound of spinach, sauteed
Chopped Greek olives, to taste

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 172ºF / 77.8ºC

Step 2
Mix together the eggs and feta cheese in a blender or food processor until the mixture is homogeneous.

Evenly distribute the egg mixture into 6 identical mason jars.

Step 4
Once your eggs are poured, add carmelized onions, sauteed spinach and chopped olives to each one. Stir to distribute the mixture evenly inside the jar.

Step 5
Seal the jars, making sure they are "fingertip" tight! Otherwise, you may run the risk of the jars cracking from pressure. Once sealed, drop them into the water bath for 1 hour.
