Bronzino fish 1.5Lb
Salt and Pepper
Fresh Lemon
Rosemerry
Parsley
Turmeric

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.

Wash the fish

Step 3
Make cuts on the skin of the fish on both sides

Add sea salt on both sides and inside the fish

Add black pepper on inside and outside

Add Turmeric inside and outside of the fish

Slice some lemon and place it inside the fish

Place some fresh parsley and rosemary inside the fish

Squish some raw garlic and place it inside the fish.

Place the fish inside the bag

Squeeze some lemon inside the bag

Add some olive oil into the bag

Seal and place it into the water bath.
