Ingredients for 1

  • 800g of minced mixed pork and beef

  • 12-16 slices of thin bacon

  • Grated Cheese

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Onion powder

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 149.0ºF / 65.0ºC.

  • Step 2

    Mix and flatten the meat, to approximately 1/4” and season it well, then add grated or sliced cheese and roll it into a meatloaf, wrap the meatloaf with the bacon.
