800g of minced mixed pork and beef
12-16 slices of thin bacon
Grated Cheese
Salt
Pepper
Onion powder

Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 149.0ºF / 65.0ºC.

Mix and flatten the meat, to approximately 1/4” and season it well, then add grated or sliced cheese and roll it into a meatloaf, wrap the meatloaf with the bacon.
