  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 159ºF / 70.6ºC

  • Step 2

    Put meat in bag let it set in water

  • Step 3

    Whale meat is cooking cut you vegetable of choice. I like red peppers and yellow peppers

  • Step 4

    Once meat is done put in frying pan

  • Step 5

    Once meat is nicely brown turn off stove

  • Step 6

    Add the vegetables of choice in with the meet and let it simmer for five minutes
