Directions

  • Step 1

    Seal steak with all ingredients added into a sous vide bag

  • Step 2

    Place in vessel

  • Step 3

    Set Nano temp to 129.5

  • Step 4

    Set Nano timer to 4 hours

  • Step 5

    Once timer completes remove from vessel

  • Step 6

    Remove steak from bag and dry

  • Step 7

    Sear on a hot cast iron or similar pan for 100 seconds per side

  • Step 8

    Plate and enjoy with your Honey
