Ingredients for 6
300g pork liver
150g ground pork
40g butter
1 egg
100g onions
Fresh thyme
Fresh basil
Fresh parsley
Fresh rosemary
Paprika
Brandy
Salt
Pepper
Directions

Step 1
On low fire sauté the onions until translucent.

Add ground meat and cook it until it browns.

Flambe the meat and onions with a little bit of brandy.

Add butter and wait until it melts.

Put the meat aside and in the same pan start cooking pork livers, each side for 30 seconds or until it browns.

Add ground meat, pork livers, egg and all the spices in a food processor and start grinding the meat until it becomes like a smooth batter.

Divide the paté into small jars.

Transfer the jars in the water bath and cook it.
