Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.
Recipe said 24h but gave it 26,5h since guests was a little late. Turned out delicious! Also the temp from start to end was only 58.0 degree C.
Finished off searing the leg with a gas torch.
