Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.

  • Step 2

    At the 2:40 mark ignite charcoal chimney.

  • Step 3

    Dump charcoal on one side of grill.

      Pat dry

      Place over hot coals. Sear intensely.
