Ingredients for 1

  • Lamb loin chips

  • Coriander

  • Fresh minced garlic

  • Onion powder

  • S&P

  • Rosemary

  • Cumin

  • Paprika

  • Coriander

  • Olive oil

  • Starbucks Colombia via packet

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145ºF / 62.8ºC

  • Step 2

    Add loin chips to a bowl. Season and rub all sides with spice and olive oil

  • Step 3

    Add to bag, vacuum seal and rest

  • Step 4

    Add to water bath after rest period

    • Grill

    • Step 0

      High temp grill 500+ and sear both sides 2-3 minutes each.

    • Step 1

      Let rest 1-2 minutes and serve
