Ingredients for 1
4 tablespoons sesame oil
1 cup of soya sauce
Garlic
1 cup rice wine
1 cup brown sugar
Sesame seeds
Scallions
5 Short Ribs - English cut

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 180.0ºF / 82.2ºC.

Step 2
Combine garlic , sesame oil , brown sugar , soya sauce , rice wine

Broil Ribs for 5 minutes or grill on BBQ

Reduce mixture to half and serve or rice or my favourite purée cannellini beans

A second option for serving as a side are the yummy mashed cauliflower with spinach and feta cheese
