Ingredients for 1

  • 4 tablespoons sesame oil

  • 1 cup of soya sauce

  • Garlic

  • 1 cup rice wine

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • Sesame seeds

  • Scallions

  • 5 Short Ribs - English cut

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 180.0ºF / 82.2ºC.

  • Step 2

    Combine garlic , sesame oil , brown sugar , soya sauce , rice wine

  • Step 3

    Broil Ribs for 5 minutes or grill on BBQ

  • Step 4

    Reduce mixture to half and serve or rice or my favourite purée cannellini beans

  • Step 5

    A second option for serving as a side are the yummy mashed cauliflower with spinach and feta cheese

      Sprinkle with Scallions and Sesame seeds and serve in a warm plate

    • Step 1

      Have the left over reduced on the side for dipping
