  • 2 lbs salmon

  • 3/4 cup oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Onion

  • Garlic

  • Fresh rosemary

  • Fresh thyme

  • Dried basil

  • Ginger

  • Lemon

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 128.0ºF / 53.3ºC.

  • Step 2

    Put 2 pounds of salmon in Ziploc bag with oil, diced onion, sliced garlic, all herbs and shredded ginger.

    • Step 0

      Remove salmon from bag and pour the oil mixture in a side bowl with fresh lemon juice.

    • Step 1

      Please salmon over mixed green salad and pour the oil mixture over top.
