Ingredients for 1
3-4 Kirby Pickles
3 cloves minced garlic
1 & 2/3 tbs kosher salt
3 sprigs fresh dill
1 tsp black peppercorns
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140ºF / 60.0ºC

Slice pickles using thick setting on mandolin

Step 3
Heat one cup of water in microwave in measuring cup. Dissolve salt in cup. Add 1 cup cold water to warm water.

Step 4
Add pickles, dill garlic and peppercorns to 16 oz mason jar and top with 2 cup water brine.

Place lids on jar and tighten to finger tip tightness and place in water bath

Remove from water bath and allow to cool for 25 mins with tops off before transferring to fridge.
