1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup water
Peel of 1 lemon
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 122ºF / 50.0ºC

Step 2
Put all ingredients in zip lock bag.

Step 3
Place in sous vide and displace air.

Step 4
Sous vide for 2 hours, then remove and strain.
