  • 1/2 cup fresh ginger pieces

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup water

  • Peel of 1 lemon

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 122ºF / 50.0ºC

  • Step 2

    Put all ingredients in zip lock bag.

  • Step 3

    Place in sous vide and displace air.

  • Step 4

    Sous vide for 2 hours, then remove and strain.

  • Step 5

    Add to tea or cocktails!
