  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130.0ºF / 54.4ºC.

  • Step 2

    Season steak to taste.

  • Step 3

    Seal steak in bag with a splash of olive oil.

  • Step 4

    Remove steak from bath & bag when the timer goes off.
