Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 134.0ºF / 56.7ºC.

Step 2
Lightly sprinkle filet with salt and pepper

Place into Ziploc bag or vacuum sealed bag and cook for 1 hour 45 minutes.

Step 4
After cooking, remove filets from bag and remove moisture with paper towel.

Add additional salt and pepper to taste.

Stovetop

Cast iron pan on high heat on stove.

Step 1
Lightly brush oil (avocado or grape seed) onto pan.

Step 2
Add filet to pan and sear one minute.

Step 3
Flip filet and Add 1 TBl of butter. Lightly spoon butter over filet and cook additional minute or two.

Step 4
Remove and serve!
