Coarse ground Sea Salt
Ground Black Pepper
2 1/2” Filet Mignon
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 139.5ºF / 59.7ºC.
Coat each steak generously with all ingredients on each side. Place in a ziplock bag. Remove all air by water immersion displacement.
Grill on high heat for two minutes on each side over direct flame. Add a TBSP of butter to each side when grilling for flavor, if desired. Serve immediately.
