Ingredients for 4

  • Minced meat 8-12% 800g

  • Onion powder to taste

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Bacon 10-14 slices

  • Grated Cheddar cheese.

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 143.6ºF / 62.0ºC.

  • Step 2

    Mix the 2 packages of minced meat, flatten between two pieces of baking paper, with a cake roller.

  • Step 3

    Season well with onion powder, salt and pepper, then put grated cheese on and roll everything up and wrap it with the bacon slices.
