Ingredients for 6

  • 6 eggs

  • 12 oz cottage cheese

  • 1 TBSP nutritional yeast

  • 1 TSP salt

  • 6 TBSP mix ins

  • Butter for greasing jars

  • 6 4oz mason jars

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 170ºF / 76.7ºC

  • Step 2

    Add eggs, cheese, yeast, and salt to a blender and mix until smooth

  • Step 3

    Grease your jars, and add about a tablespoon of whatever cheese, meat, or vegetable you wish

  • Step 4

    Pour the egg mixture on top, seal the jars, and cook them for an hour.
