Ingredients for 1

  • 1/2

  • Montreal Steak Seasoning, liberally.

  • Cajun Seasoning or Cayenne powder to taste

  • Drizzle with Olive Oil

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 129ºF / 53.9ºC

  • Step 2

    Bag your slice(s) of prepared/seasoned beef in a sealed bag containing little to zero air.

  • Step 3

    Drop it in the cook water.

  • Step 4

    Set cooker to 129°; 60-90min. and Start.

  • Step 5

    It will preheat and start the timer when up to temp.

  • Step 6

    Remove when done.

  • Step 7

    Lay cooked meat flat on a paper towel and pat dry, both sides.

    • Grill marks finishing

    • Step 0

      Finish on a stovetop grill-pan, or cast iron, or preheated BBQ, 30-45 seconds per side.

    • Step 1

      Serve.
