Directions

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135ºF / 57.2ºC

  • Step 2

    Dice garlic

  • Step 3

    Mix salt, pepper, and garlic together

  • Step 4

    Rub mixture on steaks

  • Step 5

    Place steaks in a bag with rosemary and push the air out

  • Step 6

    Cook to desired finish, 1:50 was perfect for us

      Melt butter in cast iron, sprinkling in Thyme

      Seat each side 1 minute.
