  • 1 juicy lemon

  • Cocktail sauce

  • Horseradish

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132.0ºF / 55.6ºC.

  • Step 2

    Place shrimp single 1/3 lemon cut into wedges. Layer and seal in bag.

  • Step 3

    Place bag in water and cook for 3 minutes

      Immediately drain onto distilled ice. Cover with 1 pound of distilled ice 10 minutes
