Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 160ºF / 71.1ºC

  • Step 2

    Place 3 fillets in same bag or separate depending on size

  • Step 3

    I used 1 beg - air tight

  • Step 4

    Set Anova for 160 degrees for 40 min
