Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132.0ºF / 55.6ºC.

  • Step 2

    Trim and truss roast

  • Step 3

    Butter roast and cover with salt pepper and dry herbs

  • Step 4

    Sear roast over wood fired bbq

  • Step 5

    Seal roast in heavy ziplock with fresh rosemary and butter

  • Step 6

    Set Anova 132* 24hr

  • Step 7

    Remove rest and carve
